Policy
Due to the nature of internet retail and shipping practices, we
recognize the need to offer our clients a return service. If for
any reason your tree was damaged in the process of shipping, we
will send out a new tree to you free of charge. Please email us
a detailed description and include photos if possible of the damage.
Because of the way our new trees are designed, we can fix most problems
by simply sending out a replacement L.E.D. unit or power cord adapter.
If there is a problem with any of the tree branches, we will send
out an entirely new replacement tree.
If you purchase a tree and you are not happy with the purchase,
all we ask is you please notify us within 5 business days
from the date the tree was delivered, and we will
gladly take it back, "Freight Prepaid" by you, no questions
asked, for full credit on your charge card or credit towards another
tree of your choice, minus a 18% restocking fee within 30 days upon
reciept of the tree.
Please write on the carton "Damaged Tree" or "Returned
in Working Order".
Any tree purchased before Christmas Day, cannot be returned,
exchanged, or price adjusted after Christmas Day.
