Question: Which artificial Christmas tree is better, the Fiber Optic LED or Pre-Lit tree?
Answer: That is like asking a mother which one of her kids she likes better. It is really in the eye of the beholder. Buying a Christmas tree is like buying a piece of artwork. Both the fiber optic LED trees and our pre-lit trees are beautiful. The Pre-Lit tree looks more like a traditional prelit tree with high intensity bright Pre-Lit light bulbs and the fiber optic tree looks more like a designer tree with thousands of tiny lights. Both trees look like realistic trees when the lights are turned off.

Question: Can your fiber optic tree have just clear or white lights?
Answer: Yes, most of our fiber optic trees this year will have the capability to have either all white lights, or color lights. The trees will allow you to simply switch at your convenience. Check the details before you buy, the trees with two light sources will say "TWO TREES IN ONE or BOTH COLOR and WHITE LIGHTS".

Question: What happens if a light burns out do they all go out?
Answer:If there is a problem with your Fiber Optic LED tree we will try to fix or replace it. They are very durable long lasting trees. The Pre Lit trees have extra bulbs you can replace if one goes out. It one light goes out, it will not effect the rest of the lights.

Question: What does the fiber optic tree look like in the day time, can you see the lights? Answer: Yes, the tree looks like a normal pine tree sitting in the daytime. The LED lighted Fiber Optics are bright enough to see in the day light, but of course they are best viewed in the evening.
